Why Prompta AI exists.

A change plan tells you what was supposed to happen. Our founders kept seeing how rarely it showed what was actually happening.

Status reports stayed green while confusion, resistance and manager gaps built up underneath, and by the time those issues reached the numbers, programs were already reacting. Prompta AI was built to close that gap: to give transformation, PMO and change leaders early, ongoing evidence of how change is landing, and clear guidance on what to do next.
