
Lorraine is an experienced project leader and advisor who has guided and implemented diverse organizational projects across more than three decades, both in Canada and internationally. Known for her cross-functional and custom-tailored approaches, she is recruited for the most complex and challenging initiatives. These include strategy rollouts and transformations, mergers and acquisitions of all sizes, integrations, divestitures, new business ventures, and reorganizations.
Lorraine is an agile and integrated thinker and collaborative team member, able to problem solve and navigate complex projects by focusing on the objectives, challenges and people considerations to develop game plans and execution strategies to fit the circumstances. She has particular expertise in stakeholder relations and communications, as a project and communications advisor to executives, and as a mentor and partner to project stream leaders (HR, Legal, Marketing, Finance, IT, Project Management).
She is accustomed to working with diverse teams and cultures, including through assignments in Canada, US, UK and several Asian countries. She also has a background in public company communications, issues management and government relations.
Outside the office, Lorraine is a keen follower of the news cycle and a lifetime fitness enthusiastic and traveller, happily spending time outdoors in trails and cityscapes locally and around the world. She recently started volunteering with Frontier College, helping with its mission to deliver literacy programs in Canadian communities.
